The role: Tax Due Diligence:
Review tax issues, compliance, and risks for clients buying or selling businesses. Advise on implications and solutions to support deal strategies. Tax Structuring:
Provide tailored advice to optimise tax efficiency, including acquisition/disposal strategies and managing tax implications like withholding, corporation, and payroll taxes. Tax Modelling:
Analyse tax assumptions in financial models to guide clients’ economic decisions and shape business strategies. Pre- and Post-Transaction Support:
Assist with pre-acquisition restructuring and implement tax planning solutions post-deal. Business Development:
Support growth through client proposals, market updates, and delivering workshops and training. The team: Has doubled in size over the last five or so years with revenue doing the same and is continuing to grow. Very close-knit and equally very diverse. Determined to help you develop and progress through the ranks. About you: ACA/CTA or equivalent. 2 years+ experience in mergers and acquisitions tax within the UK or broad corporate tax within the UK. A genuine interest in your own development.
