What You'll Be Doing: ·Lead and support the delivery of infrastructure design projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency. ·Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring their needs are met through clear communication and timely project updates. ·Utilise your technical expertise in software such as AutoCAD and MicroDrainage to create effective designs and ensure smooth project delivery. ·Manage and oversee Section 38 and Section 278 agreements, ensuring compliance with local authority standards and regulations. ·Contribute to the team's overall success by sharing your knowledge, mentoring junior staff, and promoting an ethos of continuous learning and improvement. What You'll Bring: ·Proven experience in infrastructure design, with a strong technical background in civil engineering and the ability to work across a variety of projects. ·Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and MicroDrainage. ·Experience with Section 38 and Section 278 agreements. ·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, local authorities, and internal teams. ·Membership in a relevant professional institution is desirable but not essential. ·A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding results on every project.
