Base pay range
Location: Barrow-In-Furness (Office-based, full-time) About the Role: Join a dynamic team of five within a leading digital transformation consultancy, renowned for excellent career progression opportunities. Responsibilities: Perform tasks related to Exchange and Skype for Business. Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve faults, incidents, and requests. Schedule and manage project tasks to meet deliverables. Coordinate incident, problem, and request queues to meet SLA commitments. Contribute to new IT infrastructure projects. Provide overtime support for planned outages. Skills & Experience: Eligible for SC Clearance. Commitment to full-time office presence (5 days a week). Valid driver’s license.
