Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line support for network-related issues and general IT infrastructure. Oversee IT ServiceDesk operations with a focus on network-centric problem resolution. Support and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, particularly in

Azure environments

. Key Requirements: Strong experience in network engineering , with expertise in Cisco networking technologies. Proficiency in configuring and maintaining enterprise-grade network equipment. Solid understanding of network protocols, topologies, and security best practices. Experience with cloud networking, particularly in Azure environments. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory. Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
