Up to £45,000 per annum Skills/Requirements for the Infrastructure Engineer: Previous experience within a similar role is vital, this person needs to hit the ground running Extensive O365 experience Strong Windows Server support and installation experience Virtualization, either VMware and/or Hyper-V Intune and ideally SharePoint Online Network troubleshooting around LAN/WAN and VLAN Previous experience of working within an MSP is highly desirable, however if you have worked in a high-pressure fast-paced environment, you will still be considered The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for: Responding to and resolving customer issues through our ticketing system, phone, and email, including complex and escalated tickets from a 3rd Line level Providing support and knowledge transfer to Service Desk Engineers Adhering to current SLA’s and KPI’s Monitoring and troubleshooting complex alerts to prevent repeated customer downtime Handling ongoing migration projects, making sure that communication is clear to customers Providing onsite support on an ad hoc basis, all customers are within the North West region.
