Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Azure Salary up to £63,000 + bonus scheme up to 15% Central Bristol - 3 days in the office per week, rest from home. Join a team of 5 to support cloud-based systems and lead projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 3rd line support for the organisation’s infrastructure estate, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud services, Support Azure-based infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Oversee identity and access management within Azure AD, ensuring secure sign-in processes for all users. Actively participate in infrastructure projects involving cloud technologies, security, and networking. Collaborate in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Skills: Background in IT Support roles up to 3rd line level in an ITIL-driven environment. Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience. Proficient in using PowerShell for scripting and automation within Microsoft 365 Understanding of the benefits of IAC tools such as Terraform, for infrastructure management and deployment. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting WAN/LAN infrastructure. Nice-to-Have: Experience with VMware. Familiarity with Zscaler for network security.
