Infrastructure Field Engineer

| £30,000 to £40,000 | Fully on-site across Cambridgeshire and other regions (Pool Car provided)

Working as part of the IT Infrastructure team based in Cambridgeshire, you will be responsible for providing technical field support for client sites across the UK, solving break/fix issues for all IT equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver, install and configure IT equipment at client sites. Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Provide basic training to end users on how to use equipment and systems. Be involved in system implementations and site deployments. Complete basic network cable and socket repairs. Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate as appropriate. Ensure client documentation is up to date. Key Skills:

Knowledge of using and supporting Microsoft applications. Working knowledge of and experience using Windows operating systems. A general understanding of IT Networking. Good knowledge of mobile phone devices. Able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently. Full, clean UK driving licence.
