The Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for managing and maintaining NRL’s infrastructure and ensuring IT services remain secure, performant and available. This is a hands-on role in a small team, working closely with other Group Support teams to deliver first class systems and solutions across the NRL Group’s Recruitment and Contracting businesses. It is a rewarding role with the ability to help shape the future of our IT systems and service capability.

What we’re looking for:

A minimum of five years of experience with:

Office 365, including management of Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Azure Cloud Services, including design and deployment Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and Windows Client and Server technologies PowerShell scripting

At least 2 years supporting:

Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions Microsoft Defender Suite

Proven skills in network design, troubleshooting complex networking issues Experience of the following would be highly desirable:

Dev-Ops (CI/CD) Teams Phone Relational Database Support, i.e. MS SQL, MYSQL Linux (Debian based) Docker/Kubernetes

Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or Office 365 are also highly desirable Ability to work onsite, with very occasional travel to NRL’s branch locations A self-motivated team player that provides positive support to colleagues and delivers excellent customer service A professional, courteous, and engaging communication style A confident communicator, that has good written and verbal communication skills A problem solver with a passion for continuous development. A commitment to ongoing learning and development Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail whilst working to time constraints
