Are you a strategic and hands-on professional with a passion for building and maintaining robust IT infrastructure? We're seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Manager to lead and enhance our organisation's IT systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure, and future-ready.

You need to be a hands-on IT professional with the desire to develop skills and career and be strategic within my client's compact IT environment.

About the Role: As the Infrastructure Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and security. You'll play a pivotal role in driving projects, implementing best practices, and supporting the business's growth through scalable and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team to deliver seamless support and operations. Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems, including on-premises and cloud-based environments. Ensure the security, scalability, and resilience of IT systems, minimizing downtime and risks. Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business objectives. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of IT resources. Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.

About You: We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

You could currently be a strong IT candidate looking to take on more responsibility and step up from an IT Administrator role.

The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and storage solutions. Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ITIL frameworks and other industry standards (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA) are a plus.

This position is on-site only in West London and is NOT hybrid. You must be customer-facing and possess excellent communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
