You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of our Customer Operations team, showing customer service delivery skills, whilst also maintaining high safety standards expected throughout our network. Are there any essential requirements? Business management degree level education or similar with ability to produce accurate and concise reports. Good understanding of general business management. A high focus on customer service excellence and delivery. Possess a UK Driving license. You’ll need to be available to start the Future Leaders Graduate Scheme in early September 2025.
