This role is key for the delivery and success of strategic programs in support of Kmart's overall business strategy. This role will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of designers, technologists, store operations specialists, and process engineers, championing the use of innovation thinking with robust processes and methods. the Innovation Program Manager

working for Kmart Group, you will: Develop the Innovation Strategy for Kmart & Target to support the Digital Stores and Store Ops revolution programs. Lead and improve an Innovation framework that delivers fast experimentation with robust criteria and metrics for evaluating cases for scaling potential. Lead innovation squads who will deliver disruptive projects connected to Kmart Group's Strategy with a hands-on approach, working in stores and leading from the front. Anticipate future business needs and convert these needs into Innovation projects by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and researching new technologies and trends. Lead and influence multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and in scope. To be successful in this role you’ll have: 7-10 years’ experience leading corporate innovation programs. Degree qualified ideally in computer science, design, or commerce/business. Experience leading a team to successfully achieve a common goal. Experience overseeing design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, or policies. Strong stakeholder management experience with examples of influencing and driving change in an organisation. Flexibility to travel as required depending on the project. Availability to work from multiple stores across Melbourne, including Kmart Southland (Innovation Hub).
