DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing) The impact you will have in this role: As an Associate for the Digital Assets team, the role is focused on identifying and exploring opportunities to shape the organization's digital strategy, and deliver value to DTCC Digital Assets and our customers by co-creating, developing, and re-designing products and services through iterative and rapid proofing to reduce time and cost to market. The candidate will contribute to the generation of ideas to re-imagine processes and market behaviors and apply critical thinking and design frameworks to work with internal and external clients to gather concrete business requirements. The role also consists of converting high-priority opportunities into business concept documents and performing opportunity assessments, making recommendations on next steps, as well as defining and managing plans to execute rapid proofing opportunities and detailed opportunity assessments. The candidate will collaborate with the Technology Research & Innovation team, internal stakeholders, and clients to validate opportunities. The role will also include drafting research, whitepapers, and case studies to assist in communicating DTCC DA's strategy and views on emerging technology and innovations, both internally and externally. Your Primary Responsibilities: Monitor the fintech landscape, and capture key insights, industry trends, and customer intelligence with respect to emerging technology/innovations to inform the ideation and opportunity assessment process, including preparing ecosystem maps, capability maps, and feature assessments of FinTechs Develop subject matter expertise in relevant business areas to assess new opportunities more effectively Define specific product/solution capabilities and features in the ideation and design phases, write user stories, customer journeys, and acceptance criteria for rapid proofing exercises Assist and support team leads throughout rapid proofing projects Drive the continued development of the team’s capabilities to accurately track and report project outcomes, monitor emerging technologies, and educate DTCC teams internally NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
