The Role : We are looking for a Solutions Consultant with extensive expertise in UKG products. Your role will encompass every phase of software project implementation, from initial requirements analysis & configuration through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and the final go-live. You will be pivotal in understanding client needs, crafting detailed design documentation for UKG product configuration, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption of these systems. Key Responsibilities : Lead client consultations to gather and analyse workforce management needs. Create detailed design documentation for configuring UKG products to client specifications. Configure UKG products to meet client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams on additional integration and custom reporting requirements. Oversee the implementation process, including UAT and support during go-live. Provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring successful UKG solution adoption. Qualifications : Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Consultant, particularly with UKG products. In-depth understanding of the software project lifecycle. Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR, or a related field.
