Inpatient Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Coalville

Do you have rehabilitation experience with the older adult, excellent clinical skills and are passionate about working as an Occupational Therapist on a dynamic inpatient ward? If so, then we could have just the job for you. We have a new opportunity for an OT to join us to work at Coalville Community Hospital on our sub acute rehabilitation ward and our discharge to assess ward. You will need to have skills in providing therapy, gained from experience in either a hospital or community setting. You will also possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a positive approach to multidisciplinary working. You will be working alongside other OTs and will be responsible for supervision and support of a Band 5 OT, as well as supporting Technical Instructors and OT and Physio apprentices. LPT offers a comprehensive mandatory training programme and the successful candidate will be supported to undertake regular clinical supervision, CPD activities and develop any specific areas of interest. There are opportunities to undertake further research or support Quality Improvement Projects.
