To act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Customers and the external sales team, administrative duties, handling of orders from the point of order to dispatch and stock allocation. What will you be doing?
National and international customer care Recording offers and orders in the system for customers Recording orders (material for the warehouse) Maintaining price and customer data in the system Monitoring returns processes and creating credit notes Processing complaints and claims Tracking stock movements and safety stocks Supply and support of data recycling and disposal Reporting (sales figures, standard articles, forecasts, demarcations with JDE) Creation of condition agreements and price lists with other customers Participation in trade fairs, inventories, etc. Support with marketing-related tasks (translations, data sheets, flyers, product catalogs, etc.) General support of the external sales team General correspondence and administration as well as daily phone calls Who are You?
Completed commercial training (ideally in industry or export and wholesale trade (m/f/d)) and/or comparable qualification. What competencies will you need?
