This role is key to supporting a global customer base across various industries, managing key accounts, and nurturing new business prospects. The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in delivering a high standard of customer experience and supporting growth targets through proactive, solutions-driven sales efforts.

Requirements
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and expertly guide clients through each stage, preparing quotes, contracts, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools.
- Respond to customer enquiries with accuracy and professionalism, providing tailored support and fostering strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in understanding product solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs, with contributions to process improvements and teamwork.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings both in the UK and abroad, strengthening brand reach and engagement.
