Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (40 hours per week) About the Role: We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our busy Langley office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a sales office environment, customer service, or someone seeking a career in an innovative, forward-looking industry. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact point for customers, providing proactive support to the field sales team. Answer calls, issue quotations and samples, process and track orders, and handle queries and complaints. Develop strong product knowledge. Provide day-to-day office support in a busy and challenging sales environment. Requirements: Experience in a sales office, customer service, or tele-sales role (experience with a paper merchant, stationery supplier, or allied industry is preferred but not essential). Previous proactive sales experience. Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills. Ability to work independently and within a sales team structure. Excellent communication skills, including a friendly telephone manner. Flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic approach. Knowledge of AS400 is advantageous; good computer skills are essential.
