Responsibilities: Manage and develop House accounts, promote, and upsell new software licenses. Manage and develop University customers, promote, and upsell new software licenses. Identify adjacent prospects to our existing customers and target them for new business to increase customer base using direct channels of communication and match our offerings to their needs. Develop sales opportunities within the assigned accounts by researching and identifying potential growth areas. Build awareness of customer business and perceived needs. Identify target contacts to engage. Develop appropriate messaging and prepare content for target personas. Actively engage with prospective contacts using all communication channels, including warm and cold telephone contact, to explore needs and how our offerings may add value resulting in new business. Use a data-driven approach to identify new prospect customers and accounts within our targeted industries. Build relationships with the Sales organization to accelerate the business's go-to-market strategy. Any other tasks that are reasonably assigned to you by your line manager, including development activities, which are within your capability and grade. Follow all company procedures and policies. Achieve department and company goals by accepting ownership. Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Background and Competence: Proven experience in generating leads and sales opportunities of software products through cold calls, marketing leads, social media, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Dynamics 365. Business acumen. Ability to build trustful business relationships. Proactive, flexible, organized, and able to prioritize own workload. Ability to identify new business opportunities. Analyze business requirements. Technical solution consulting. Advise on efficiency improvements. Knowledge of Project Management tools and good practices. Ability to mentor and coach others.
