Responsibilities Responsible for leading the Inside Sales team to deliver the sales target. Coaching and developing the team. Managing performance, developing the team, and supporting them to deliver their KPIs and their career development within our business. Writing and presenting bids allocated to Inside Sales - developing the team to undertake this work themselves. Work closely with Technical Pre-Sales for quotes and bidders days. Taking ownership of Deal registration for bids that fall into the Inside Sales rules of engagements. Maintenance and development of processes, systems, and reporting to improve performance and insight. Building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers who provide funding for our Subject Matter Experts. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and team to develop great campaigns to support and make them more effective. Provide feedback and insight on campaign and team performance. Work closely with the Growth Director to develop the Inside Sales plan and deliver the sales academy. Develop the telephony and reporting systems, working closely with our internal experts. Embody our culture and create a good selling culture in the team. Experience Commercial acumen. Team management and leadership - especially with early stage career team members. Deep experience of coaching and performance management. Data-driven - good numeracy and high level of IT software package skills - demonstrable experience of being data-driven in previous roles. Education K12 experience or at least demonstrable skills and aptitude to learn fast and develop own learning journey to understand the market. Collaboration and networking.
