Monitor and analyse sales KPIs to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of growth. Use data to drive decision-making and enhance team performance. Qualifications

Extensive background in leading inside sales teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and internal sales staff. Proven success in driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and generating demand through strategic initiatives. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration expertise, with a knack for influencing and aligning stakeholders across various teams. Hands-on experience with CRM software, sales tools, and reporting platforms to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency. Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving results through effective talent management.
