Job Details: Inside Sales Representative - UK

This is a permanent, full-time position, Home Office (UK).
Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor to the sales cycle by qualifying and prospecting for leads, growing sales in our developing accounts and building the funnel. You will be responsible for managing the customer sales process and achieving sales objectives for specified territory and/or group of accounts, via phone and email. You will have a hunting mentality and will thrive on exciting opportunities to grow smaller existing customers and establishing new customers.
Role Requirements Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing leads, growing sales, and building the funnel. Develops and maintains a strong understanding of BBI’s technology and products. Develops existing and new accounts within the assigned territory via inbound, outbound and sales lead engagement to understand customers’ needs and guide them to the best BBI products to meet these needs. Works with marketing and sales leadership to plan lead generation campaigns to target specific customers. Works closely with the regional Business Development Manager, the broader sales team, and other cross-functional teams to bring in cross-functional and technical expertise as needed to further develop and close opportunities. Co-ordinates with internal resources to resolve customer questions or objections. Achieves sales targets and is responsible for accurately forecasting and maintaining leads, account details and up-to-date opportunity information in the CRM database.
