SITECH is currently seeking 2 motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining effective communication with accounts, actively engaging with clients, and fostering long-lasting relationships through telephone interactions. By strategically scheduling regular call cycles and providing valuable advice and support, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless flow of information and meeting diverse client needs. Major Job Functions Manage an existing UK customer database via telephone; update information and develop customer/SITECH relationship. Maintain accurate account details within the database to aid marketing initiatives.

Lead generation and prospect verification – appointment making, if applicable, for field sales managers.

Active promotion of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.

Effective maintenance relating to call cycles; plan repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements.

Promote all aspects of SITECH technology, warranties, customer service agreements, etc. Become the customer's Account Manager; suggest SITECH support services relevant to their needs and assist personally where possible.

Specific Skills Sales orientated.

Experience within a sales environment would be advantageous.

Telephone experience is desirable.

Excellent interpersonal, organisation, verbal and written communication skills.

Innovative thinking coupled with creative analytical skills.

PC skills essential (MS Office package) coupled with the ability to learn new systems.

Professional telephone manner.

Ability to work independently whilst thriving in a team-based environment.

Knowledge Technical aptitude would be an advantage but not essential.

Understanding of database marketing.
