Our client, a globally recognised leader in the engineering industry, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support professional to join their existing team. Role Overview This role focuses on driving and supporting sales growth for the company's products within the EMEA region. You'll collaborate with distributors and resellers, providing essential support to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales Leader on sales and marketing initiatives. Prepare cost calculations to support large orders or projects. Provide customer quotes using SAP and manage data in Salesforce. Handle leads and distributor requests, aiming for responses within 24 hours. Develop and maintain tailored sales and marketing plans for distributors. Produce key reports, including bookings, revenue updates, and sales forecasts. Ensure distributors adhere to payment terms. Essential Qualifications Prior experience in sales or customer service roles. Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and SAP. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Strong communication and organisational skills. Work Arrangements This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Redditch office. Competencies for Success Active Listening:
