Job Title: Insight Analyst Location: Liverpool (3 days in office per week) Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 per annum Industry: Gambling and Gaming Job Description: Our client, a leading company in the gambling and gaming industry based in Liverpool, is looking to hire a talented Insight Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced and innovative industry, contributing to data-driven decision-making that will shape the future of gambling and gaming experiences. As an Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights through the analysis of gaming and gambling data, consumer behaviour, and business performance. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver data-led strategies that enhance product development, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Analyse large sets of gambling and gaming data to generate actionable insights for product, marketing, and business teams. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support key decision-making processes. Use advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in gambling and gaming performance and consumer behaviour. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights. Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the business. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve player retention, monetisation, and overall product performance. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and analysis. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve analysis processes. Essential Requirements: Strong Power BI experience Good knowledge of DAX Good T-SQL knowledge and experience Ability to communicate and present data to various levels of the organisation Strong inclination to be inquisitive and learn Good dashboard design skills Eagerness to improve and automate existing processes
