As an Insight Director, you will be responsible for account plans and delivery against these for the team and for a large national retailer, supporting the Senior Insight Director in the development & execution of strategy. Working with either the Client Trading team or Insight team, you will also be responsible for creating indispensable, long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships with the client and other agency providers. This role will be based onsite at the client's Head Office in Bradford, with the requirement to travel to Circana Head Office in Bracknell once per month. Main Responsibilities: Translation of client business objectives to key stakeholders Development of Account plan Delivery of strategic insight Engagement/Relationship at stakeholder level Lead client engagement on Circana solutions and capabilities Management of operational delivery People Management: Coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance Implementation of our people standards and the way that we work Skills and Experience: Extensive experience within FMCG, Retail, or equivalent industry. Consults with clients to influence and challenge thinking to drive the joint Circana / Client business agenda. Seeks out and engages learning opportunities for direct reports and self and applies key learning. Builds and leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally and with C-Suite. Demonstrated resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges. Demonstrated planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated breadth of industry knowledge and relates key trends to impact on clients. Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications. Demonstrated strong understanding of client issues. Builds relationships with other data providers and seeks out complementary data sources. Strong analytic skills. Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues. Ability to inspire commitment and excellence and drive for results. Able to effectively manage virtual and diverse teams through changing climate. Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): 2 days per week on client sites, Bradford.
