We are looking for an exceptional Insight Manager to deliver actionable insight driving deep understanding of RBG Kew’s customers (e.g. visitors, members, donors) and informing data-driven decision making across the organisation. Managing a team of two analysts, you will make recommendations that drive income generation, improve the customer experience and support delivery of RBG Kew’s Manifesto for Change.
You have strong core statistical and analytical skills including ability to write complex SQL, knowledge of Azure and Power BI. However, you think beyond the technical with a strategic mind. You focus on business needs, the value that data provides and how it will be used. Highly organised with strong project management skills, you are a compelling story-teller able to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
