Insights Analyst . Inspire data driven decisions to help pets and their people! About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role you will analyse data, uncover trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights contribute to the company's strategic objectives. This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. Key Responsibilities will include: Analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights for business stakeholders Preparing reports and presentations summarising findings and key insights Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements Identifying trends and patterns in data that can drive business improvements and innovation Providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making About you Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses. Experience with scripting/programming languages such as R or Python is beneficial Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate and present complex analysis into clear, actionable insights Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in using data to deliver business objectives and drive strategic decision making Existing experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools is essential What we offer Annual bonus potential of 10% of salary 36 days (inc.
