As Insights Analyst, you will work across a range of our much-loved brands, e.g., Mr. Kipling, Ambrosia, Sharwoods, Bisto. Reporting into the Head of Analytics, you will work closely with your Insight team colleagues across brand marketing and innovation teams. You will also work with our external business partners including Circana, Kantar, and Mintel, writing briefs and managing projects to deployment, helping guide our growth plans with data-driven insights. You will represent analytical insights in meetings with stakeholders, sharing consumer and shopper understanding. You will analyse data from dashboards, conduct Market Mix Modelling, and lead other analytics work like modelling. You’ll benefit from our hybrid working practices which include 50% working from home and finishing at 3 PM on a Friday. What we need from you....? Passionate about understanding shoppers and consumers - how macro trends and in-store activities influence shopping behaviour and what it all means for your categories. Highly numerate with an appetite for data tools. Proactive and open to exploring new analytical approaches. Recent graduates are welcome to apply as well as candidates with previous experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, CRM, or Research functions, market research agencies (Kantar/Nielsen/Circana), with significant experience working with data. Power BI type of data visualisation knowledge and modelling experience is a major plus. An interest in the practical application of AI is also a significant advantage. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep sight of deadlines. What you'll be doing.....? End-to-end ownership of analytical support to Insight, Brand, and Innovation teams across your categories. Identify macro/shopper/consumption trends and potential impacts on Premier Foods. Help guide the business with relevant data-driven insights leveraging Circana and Kantar data sources. Monitor innovation performance and conduct supporting analysis as needed. Join the dots from the variety of internal and external resources to help tell compelling and actionable business stories. Leverage dashboards and other modelling tools to help answer business questions. Ensure data is presented and communicated in visually appealing, easy to understand, and impactful ways.
