Insolvency/ Subject Matter Expert

to join their Glasgow-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where your contributions will directly impact both client satisfaction and the continued success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Define user requirements and identify areas for improvement within the TPS application. Contribute to the manual testing of new features and fixes to ensure quality and functionality. Provide first-class client support by addressing and resolving support tickets in a timely and effective manner. Adapt to shifting business priorities, engaging across diverse focus areas as required. Engage flexibly in a variety of tasks, recognising that no two days will be the same. Key Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with

IPS Cloud

or

IPS SQL

platform. Cashiering experience

is desirable, particularly if it provides transaction-specific knowledge within the IPS application. Strong interest in technology with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent attention to detail, with prior data analysis experience considered an advantage. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

applications, including Word and Excel. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex ideas. What’s on Offer?

(after 3 months probationary period) 6% employer pension contribution
