Full-time, permanent Are you an experienced Insolvency Manager ready for a new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded insolvency and restructuring practice in Manchester, seeking a skilled professional to lead a growing team and drive success in a dynamic environment. About the Role: As an Insolvency Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of corporate and personal insolvency cases, while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of administrators. You will play a key role in maintaining the firm’s high standards of client service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring progress is managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation. Providing guidance and support to a team of administrators, helping them achieve their professional goals. Reviewing and approving case documentation, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and quality. Engaging with stakeholders such as creditors, directors, and solicitors to resolve issues and move cases forward. Identifying opportunities to enhance asset realization strategies and maximize returns for creditors. Managing key milestones in case progression, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the growth of the practice. About You: Substantial experience in insolvency, with a proven ability to manage complex cases from start to finish. Strong understanding of insolvency legislation and statutory requirements. A natural leader with experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. CPI or JIEB qualifications are advantageous but not essential. What's on offer?
