As a Corporate Insolvency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality restructuring and insolvency services to a diverse client base. You’ll manage complex assignments, support business recovery strategies, and help shape the future of businesses facing financial challenges. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage corporate restructuring and insolvency cases from initiation to completion. Develop tailored strategies for business recovery and turnaround. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of work. Liaise with stakeholders, including lenders, creditors, and legal representatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards. About You: Proven experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency. Strong knowledge of UK insolvency processes and legislation. Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CPI/JIEB) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
