Insolvency Senior Administrator – Shipley Numero Recruitment, the leading recruiter for Insolvency jobs across the UK, are currently working with a UK specialist Insolvency & Advisory firm that are keen to strengthen their team with an Insolvency Senior Administrator in Shipley. You will be joining an experienced team, where you will work closely with the IP and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of predominantly corporate insolvency cases. The Role: You will manage a portfolio of Insolvency cases consisting of: CVL’s, MVL’s, Compulsory Liquidations. Ensure statutory deadlines are met whilst progressing cases in a timely manner. Manage all cases using IPS. Completing pre and post-appointment tasks associated with insolvency procedures. Reviewing and preparing statutory reports (annual, progress and final). Attend creditors meetings and liaise with creditors as and when required. Carry out case reviews and manage any day-to-day matters as they arise. Liaising with all clients, creditors, stakeholders, staff and other third parties. Ensure cases are progressed from commencement to closure in a commercial and balanced manner, whilst being fully compliant with statutory obligations. Requirements: At least 2 years experience of managing corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure. If you have less experience then they can consider people at Administrator level. Excellent writing and communication skills. Good time management skills and attention to detail.
