The firm is actively seeking a Solicitor to join the Insolvency team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is either an experienced Insolvency lawyer or someone from a Litigation (likely Commercial) or Corporate law background who is keen to develop their experience. You will be working directly with one of the North West's leading insolvency lawyers, providing a real chance to work with one of the best in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a mixed caseload of insolvency matters. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. Collaborating closely with clients, legal experts, and stakeholders to build robust cases and resolve disputes effectively. Contributing to business development within the team. Developing a network of personal contacts and a personal profile in the area of work. The work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting on both sides whether in advising directors or IPs. The Extras
