Job Description
A brilliant Insolvency Solicitor role has arisen to join a highly reputable law firm in Preston. Our clients are well established, having been practising for over 50 years and have offices across the Lancashire region. Due to growth in their Insolvency team, our client is looking to appoint a strong Insolvency Solicitor to join their Insolvency & Litigation team. You will ideally have at least 4 years PQE and experience in Insolvency and/or Litigation, with knowledge of corporate and personal insolvency more weighted to contentious insolvency, debt recovery, director/shareholder disputes, and commercial litigation disputes. Wider Litigation experience outside of this will be a bonus as you will cover a broad range of litigation matters in your caseload. As you will be acting for a wide range of clients across the Northwest and nationally, you will hold excellent client care skills as well as the confidence and ambition to take an active involvement in business development activities.
