Install Administrator - Risley
Marlowe Fire & Security, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Install Administrator.

Responsibilities
Ensure processes and deadlines are met
Ensure team inboxes are well managed and emails are responded to or distributed within a timely manner
Communicate internally between different divisions across the group
Communicate with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, candidates etc
Raise Purchase Orders (PO's)
Provide support to the Install Project Manager
Support all other team members with ad-hoc requests
Ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date with accurate data
Requirements
In addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Fire & Security employee, such as a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:
Personality - Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm
Excellent administration and computer skills
Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer invoice queries.
Analytical in approach with experience of reports (ideally including reconciliation)
Capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills.
Able to produce documents to a high specification and have significant experience of manipulating data using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages.
Strong organisational skills
Detail oriented
The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
Self motivated, proactive, enthusiastic
The ability to work independently and a desire to learn

Basic Salary - up to £23,500 per annum depending on experience
