Our Emissions Services team delivers innovative technologies and solutions that support environmental compliance and reduce carbon footprints across various industries. The Installation Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems on large diesel generators. This role will ensure that SCR systems are properly integrated into the generators, fully operational, and compliant with emission standards. The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical expertise and support for complex projects. Installation and Commissioning

Install SCR systems on large diesel generators in line with project specifications. Commission SCR systems, ensuring they are operational and meet all emission control requirements. Provide detailed installation documentation, including diagrams and test results. System Integration and Customisation

Work with multidisciplinary teams across AVK to integrate SCR systems into existing generator setups. Address technical challenges related to the integration of control systems and other equipment. Technical Support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation or post-commissioning. Provide customer support by offering guidance on system operations and maintenance. Maintenance and Upgrades

Conduct regular maintenance of SCR systems, including the replacement of components such as catalysts and dosing units. Recommend and implement system upgrades to ensure SCR efficiency and compliance with evolving standards. Safety and Compliance

Ensure that all installations comply with local and national emission standards. Perform risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during installations and maintenance tasks. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Proven experience with SCR systems and diesel generator installations. Solid understanding of NOx emission regulations and SCR technologies. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including control systems integration. Experience in commissioning and maintaining emission control systems. Benefits
