The successful Installation Manager will have overall control of this fast-paced department including the management of a National Installations team. This is a fast-paced role focusing on both operational and strategic management of the function. Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating and resourcing deliveries and installations across the UK and Eire. Liaising with internal stakeholders to plan resources on a weekly basis. Providing effective management to onsite teams. Budget control, ensuring a commercial focus on all departmental costs including monthly reporting. Liaising with teams to ensure that all staff are fully aware of Health & Safety regulations including Toolbox Talks. Liaising with HR to keep all relevant staff documentation valid. Fleet management. About You

As Installation Manager, you will have significant experience working in a similar role within a commercial installation environment. You should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Other Requirements

Can demonstrate experience of managing a large team, working remotely across the UK. Strong commercial awareness, able to manage budgets effectively. Able to work in a fast-paced role responding to changing priorities. Logical, fact-based approach to troubleshooting & problem solving. Capable of building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues. Strategic focus with previous experience of change management. Solid technical skills including MS Office and ideally ERP/MRP systems.
