Installation Manager: Valeanto opens its iron doors to hire a highly skilled and efficient door installation manager to ensure that our beautiful iron doors are fitted with perfection. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, who will be working unsupervised and be responsible for the end-to-end installation process, acting as a highly skilled professional who will ensure customer satisfaction upon the completion of a project. An ideal candidate should have extensive experience with installing iron doors, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role captures an exciting opportunity for creating your own country-wide team of door installers, which is why we are looking for a person with initiative and the ability to think outside the box. The Door Installer Supervisor will have an opportunity to expand the team, recruit new installers, and contribute ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction. We work hard, but we have fun. About the Role: Responsible for liaising with customers regarding door installations and servicing the doors. Planning for installations/services and overseeing the warehouse. Fitting iron doors and other iron products such as windows and gates. Servicing iron doors and other iron products such as windows and gates. Overseeing the installation schedule and liaising with the office team on a regular basis. Liaising with customers who reported issues with their doors and ensuring these are being fixed promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a person who can supervise the team of installers and their schedule. Requirements of the Role: Construction/iron doors installing experience. Packing doors and preparing them for deliveries. Ensuring that correct doors will be dispatched to the customers; attention to detail is essential. Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times. We are looking for someone who can ensure top-quality workmanship and grow the team of installers. Excellent communicator – ability to initiate contact and communicate confidently in English. You’re passionate about exceptional service. Being a true brand ambassador, you’re confident in presenting and sharing our products with customers. You’re approachable, friendly, and thrive for excellence. A positive can-do attitude, an individual who can work well with minimal supervision. Experience in paintwork of the doors will be an advantage. Must have experience in installing doors. Valid driver’s license - as the job involves traveling to different locations. A company van will be provided. Salary Package: Any extra responsibilities/initiatives are open for negotiation.
