What You’ll Do:
Lead the charge in managing and scheduling installation teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from pre-build to dismantle. Inspire and guide our Installation Techs, ensuring they’re working at their best to deliver extraordinary results. Oversee our fleet of vehicles, coordinating with the Operations team to ensure we’re always ready to deliver on time. Collaborate closely with the Warehouse, Production, and Project teams to ensure every project moves seamlessly through the company. Work directly with clients to make sure their vision is brought to life, providing excellent service every step of the way. Continuously refine our installation processes, pushing for improvement and efficiency. Ensure health and safety standards are always met, keeping our team and clients safe. Provide insightful reports to senior management, offering data on key metrics like pre-build times and project costs. What We’re Looking For:
