This is an opportunity to join a global leader in retail technology solutions who are looking to treble their head count over the next 18 months. As an Installation Team Leader, you'll oversee the deployment of cutting-edge technology assets into retail stores nationwide, helping some of the biggest names in retail streamline operations and improve customer experiences. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for technology, a knack for organisation, and the skills to deliver seamless installations, this is your chance to shine. This role is working 8 hours per night, 5 nights a week, with overtime available. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Installations:

Take ownership of the on-site installation process, ensuring tech assets are deployed efficiently and on schedule. Team Leadership:

Manage and motivate your installation team, ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork. Customer Coordination:

Work closely with major retailers to plan installations, minimise disruption, and exceed their expectations. Technical Expertise:

Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of equipment to ensure everything works perfectly. Problem Solving:

Address any challenges during installations, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied clients. Collaboration:

Liaise with project managers and technical teams to ensure installations align with project specifications and deadlines. What You’ll Bring:

Leadership Experience:

Proven experience managing or leading teams, ideally in a technical or installation environment. Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with installing or deploying assets, especially in retail or commercial settings. Organisation Skills:

Ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple installations effectively. Customer Focus:

A professional approach with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills:

Quick thinking and resourceful when tackling challenges on-site. Flexibility:
