Location: Horley, Surrey (Hybrid)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000


As leading business in Surrey, who specialise in delivering impactful brand activations and custom display installations, are looking to add to their installations team.


They are looking for an Installations Coordinator to support their project management efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Installations Manager to plan, organise, and manage display installations, ensuring each project is executed efficiently.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling and Timelines: Organise installation timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in overseeing installations to ensure they meet our standards and satisfy client expectations.
  • Budget Tracking: Support cost management for projects.
  • Site Arrangements: Liaise with venues to handle logistics and secure necessary permissions.
  • Briefing and Guidance: Prepare and distribute clear installation guides to teams.
  • Subcontractors: Track subcontractor work, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Daily Coordination: Assist with managing day-to-day installation needs.
  • Team Coordination: Help recruit skilled installers across EMEA and coordinate their schedules.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Logistical Support: Arrange travel and accommodations as necessary for on-site installation teams.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with installations
  • Experience in project coordination and logistics
  • Experience communicating at the client level
  • Be willing to travel when required
  • Fantastic communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
