On site position Kemble Business Park, Malmsbury, SN16 9SH. Pay:

£20-£29k (dependent on skills and experience) Shift:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Transport:

Due to the location, you must have your own transport. Simpson & Partners produces electric vehicle (EV) chargers inspired by the natural beauty of the area and classic British design. After years of working in the EV charging industry, we founded our family-run business to create chargers that offer everything a user would need. Our products set industry standards for design, user experience, and build quality, and we are personally involved in every part of the business, from design to manufacturing. Responsibilities Include:

Support contractors under S&P by monitoring targets and quality standards. Provide junior-level technical support for customers, assisting with firmware/communication/settings/fault finding/troubleshooting. Assist in handling inbound sales calls, providing support or escalating to the relevant person as needed. Help maintain a positive relationship with clients by addressing inquiries and concerns. Document all customer and contractor interactions in our Customer Management System. Provide recommendations for product improvements and new features. Assist with pre- and post-sales support to ensure smooth operations. Help foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team. Maintain confidentiality of all customer records and financial information. Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to improve overall team performance. Stay up-to-date with product, industry, and regulatory knowledge. What We Are Looking For:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a confident telephone manner. Organisational and prioritisation skills. Team player with a process-driven mindset. Technically minded, with an interest in learning new skills. Positive, analytical, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Ability to retain technical information and provide clear guidance. 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is preferred. Ability to work independently and make minor decisions without supervision. Knowledge of customer service best practices. Benefits:
