As an Instructional Designer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of all courses to support the training, development and continued compliance of London Fire Brigade’s operational teams. Responsibilities

Analysis of customer training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, learning solutions and evaluation in line with requirements. Design, development and evaluation of blended learning solutions and associated artefacts. Effective collaboration with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is targeted and meets the needs of the audience and all technical, legal, accreditation, regulatory, compliance and governance standards. Conduct training reviews and make recommendations to improve existing courseware, content and delivery. Essential Experience

Considerable recent experience in the development of learning programs and materials. Demonstrable knowledge and application of a recognised learning methodology. Experience with visual design principles including images, graphics and video. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (global equivalent), or equivalent work experience in Instructional Design/Technology. The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role. Our Benefits
