Questech are recruiting for an experienced Instrument Technician to join their team at Rotherham.

The Role:

As an Instrument Technician, you will be required to undertake both reactive and preventative maintenance to a wide range of combustion/instrumentation/control systems. This will include working independently on faults and developing and implementing solutions as well as monitoring performance. You will also assist in the efficient planning and running of the process control function. Requirements:

Hold a recognised Electrical/Instrumentation apprenticeship (HNC/ONC level or equivalent). Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and work with technical data. Previous Instrumentation/Control/Electrical experience of industrial systems. Competence in 16th/17th Edition I.E.T. Wiring Regulations. This role is Monday to Friday with a mixture of afternoons, mornings, and nights. Average shift is 8 hours.
