Your key task will be to teach music to pupils in individual/small group lessons, and/or whole classes, in line with THAMES policies and the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to schools in Tower Hamlets. Requirements
Candidates should have: Successful instrumental/curriculum teaching experience in a music service or school, delivering small group, whole class, or classroom curriculum music lessons Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development Evidence of significant practical music-making at a high-level of performance The postholder will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and then every three years thereafter. Tower Hamlets Arts & Music Education Service (THAMES) is part of Tower Hamlets Council. THAMES works with schools and cultural organisations to provide music and arts opportunities in the borough.
