Job Opportunity: Electrical Control and Instrumentation Engineer

Salary: Up to £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and commission electrical control systems and instrumentation for challenging and specialised applications.
  • Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues related to controls and instrumentation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical controls and instrumentation engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and control systems design.
  • Proficiency in electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control panel design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
