The Role: Dealing with either inbound or outbound customer calls, understanding the customer's needs, and providing insurance solutions that are best suited to their requirements. Ensuring calls are answered in a timely and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer experience, and adhering to business standards at all times. Processing correspondence, renewals activity, and new business quotations. Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes. Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies. Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role. Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure. The Candidate: Engaging personal communication style.
