Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Advisor: Working collaboratively with colleagues in other business units to ensure the right business insurance is provided for clients Providing full management of commercial renewals to customers to ensure the best outcomes are achieved Working towards targets to improve renewal retention across the business Providing customers with full support on the renewal including advice on additional benefits Ensuring regulatory and legal requirements are adhered to
Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Advisor: You should have experience with either commercial or property insurance Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels An enthusiasm for insurance and providing the very best experience for the customer An ability to make informed decisions quickly
