Operating from the Group's Headquarters on the outskirts of Orpington, Kent, our centralised team consists of an accounts department, purchasing department, bookings team, and is complemented by the sales & marketing department. Each team member and department head is tasked with clear goals and objectives, creating a highly motivated dynamic team focused on supporting and understanding our customers' needs. NEW: Service Advisor/Bookings Co-ordinator - Go SMART Repair Ltd - Liverpool We are now looking to recruit a permanent/full-time bookings co-ordinator to join us at the Regional Bookings Centre for our rapidly expanding sister company, Go SMART Repair Ltd in Liverpool, L3 3BU. The ideal candidate will have worked within a busy office, bodyshop, or automotive dealership environment previously and will be expected to carry out the following duties: Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands-on training will be provided. Liaising with our customers and our SMART Repair Technicians on the telephone. Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries. Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries. Making outgoing calls. Microsoft Office experience is essential, along with attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of the UK, particularly the North-West, Midlands, South-East, and South Coast, is also required. Salary:

Up to £25,000.00 per annum, depending on experience Hours:
