Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate insurance quotes in line with carrier guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service. Handle calls and emails efficiently to convert leads. Validate client details and ensure compliance with underwriter requirements. Upsell and identify opportunities to maximise team goals. About You: Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex insurance terms. Knowledge of the UK insurance market, including trends and regulations. Organised and driven to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience in broking or underwriting (Cert CII qualification is a plus). Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
